1. Program Overview
Course Name: Thrive 40 Project
Format: Live and cohort-based group program
Duration: 14 weeks from date of enrollment
Includes:

Six (6) educational modules

Weekly live coaching calls

Recordings of all modules and calls
-
Private online community access
-
One (1) personalized kickoff strategy call
All course materials are delivered digitally through Kajabi or other third-party tools.
2. Payment Terms
Price:

Pay in Full: $1,195
-
Payment Plan: 3 payments of $425/month
Payment Platform: Kajabi
By enrolling, you authorize You May Eat LLC (and its payment processor) to automatically charge your chosen payment method per your selected plan.
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, your access to the Program and all materials may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Continued nonpayment may result in termination of your enrollment without refund.
3. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your decision to join Thrive 40 Project.
Refunds are allowed within the 14-week duration of the Program, provided that:

You submit proof that you fully completed the workbook and engaged with the course materials in good faith.

You email your refund request to hello@maytomrd.com before the end of your 14-week access period.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to verification of participation and completion.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
Partial or prorated refunds are not available for unused access, missed sessions, or early withdrawal.
4. No Guarantees & Disclaimer of Results
This Program is for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Improved health, weight loss, energy, or hormonal balance

Business or income results
-
Personal transformation or success
Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

6. Recording Consent
By participating in live coaching calls or community sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:

Sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes.

Recordings may be reused, repurposed, or included in future versions of this or other programs, or in marketing materials.

You grant You May Eat LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, voice, and contributions without further approval or compensation.
You may opt to keep your camera or microphone off if you do not wish to appear in recordings.
7. Technology & Third-Party Tools
You are responsible for maintaining internet access and compatible devices to participate in the Program.
The Program may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, Google Drive, Notion).
You May Eat LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, or interruptions on these platforms.
8. Community Guidelines
If you participate in a private community, you agree to:

Engage respectfully and supportively with other members

Avoid spam, solicitation, or self-promotion
-
Maintain confidentiality and not share content, screenshots, or discussions outside the group
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the Program without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, videos, workbooks, and resources are owned by You May Eat LLC and protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
You may not:

Copy, share, resell, or redistribute content

Reproduce or modify materials for commercial use

Teach or present any portion of the Program as your own
Unauthorized use or distribution will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your enrollment if you:

Violate these Terms

Fail to complete payments

Engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior
Termination for cause will result in loss of access without refund.
11. Modifications to the Program or Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Program content, structure, or these Terms at any time.
Updates will be reflected on our website or checkout page. Continued access to the Program indicates acceptance of any updates.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be resolved in good faith through direct communication.
If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation or binding arbitration in Denton County, Texas.
You waive any right to class action proceedings or jury trials.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You May Eat LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in this Program, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and You May Eat LLC regarding your participation in the Thrive 40 Project and supersede any prior agreements, written or oral.
15. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By checking the box at checkout, clicking “I agree,” or completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
